IFT FIRST is where the food science world spends a week in one building — more than 15,000 professionals from 80-plus countries and over 1,000 exhibitors. New this year, all the scientific programming moves into the expo hall itself, so the sessions and the suppliers sit side by side. It is the right setting to talk through ingredient decisions with the people who actually make them.

We are coming with a straightforward pitch: the function you expect from corn- and cassava-based ingredients, from a base that is non-GMO by default and free of all nine major allergens, supplied into North America through our US arm, Ricels LLC.

For US and Canadian customers, all of it ships through Ricels LLC, so the sourcing is as simple as any domestic supplier.

Why stop by

Two reasons: the regulatory ground is moving, and so is supply. Both put rice-derived ingredients at the center of 2026 reformulation decisions.

First, FDA's 2026 work on added-sugar claims and front-of-pack labeling is going to reshape reformulation roadmaps, and our polyols and rice syrups sit right in the middle of that. Second, cassava is tightening and El Niño is building, so origin matters more this year than it has in a while. We are happy to talk through either, with samples and specs on hand.
